North Western Wisconsin – Eau Claire Area:
- If you’re showing any sign of possible COVID-19 symptoms, please contact your local health care provider. Your provider or a nurse will direct you to our dedicated COVID-19 Nurse Line. The COVID phone line at Mayo Clinic Health System: 715-838-3311, ask for “COVID line.” If you meet testing criteria, you’ll be directed to one of our local testing sites.
- What NOT to do: This virus rapidly spreads. Help us minimize potential exposure to other patients by NOT coming into a clinic or hospital to be tested. Please call your local provider first to find out how to be evaluated.

- If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms, such as a cough or difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider for medical advice. Be sure to call your doctor’s office prior to reporting in person for evaluation.
- COVID-19 Aspirus Call Center: 1-844-568-0701. Call before going to the hospital. The phone line will be staffed from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday – Friday and 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday – Sunday. Operators will direct callers to the closest regional testing location if they need to see a medical professional.

- For those interested in sewing masks, Froedtert is extremely grateful. They are currently developing guidelines including patterns and appropriate materials. The Froedtert website will have the guidelines as well as directions on delivery, within a few days.
